Product Availability

Upon receipt of the order, Simplyorganichub.com will perform a quality check and confirm the order by email before shipping. If the ordered items are no longer available or have not passed quality control, we will immediately notify the customer and offer alternatives.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of successful payment. Simplyorganichub.com reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason.

Shipping Methods

All deliveries made by Simplyorganichub.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires once the delivery is collected.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped by Simplyorganichub.com, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM CET to 5:30 PM CET.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment for orders received by 11:30 AM CET.
