Return

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your purchase.

To request a return, please send us an email specifying the number and date of your order at: customercare@simplyorganichub.com

To find the number and date of your order, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account from the “Login” page.
Click on “Orders and returns”.
Note down the order number and the date of the order you wish to return.

At this point, our team will take charge of your request and assist you with the return process.

Rules for making a return

Returned products must comply with the following conditions:

The product you wish to return must arrive at our office no later than 14 days after receiving the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted.

Once your return has been received and checked for compliance with our return policy, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method.

We recommend that all customers carefully check the products upon delivery, before opening them, removing any safety seals, or disposing of the original packaging.

Products must be returned intact, unused, unopened, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, complete with labels, seals, any warranties, and original packaging materials.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, used, handled, or whose safety seal has been removed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

Products must be returned sealed in their original packaging and properly protected for transport.

We recommend returning the products in their original packaging or in suitable packaging to ensure the necessary protection during shipping.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, you must first return the original product and then place a new order.

Refunds

When you decide to make a return, you will receive a coupon valid for 15 days, which can be used immediately on the website.

After 15 days, you may request a refund, which will be issued using the original payment method according to the processing times provided for each payment method.

Depending on the payment method used, the refund time may vary from 24 hours to 10 days.

Returned products will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost.
